Delnaz Desai Appointed as Vice President – Group Talent Head at Mahindra Group

Delnaz Desai has been appointed as Vice President – Group Talent Head at Mahindra Group, marking an important leadership milestone in her career in talent and human resources.

In her new role, Delnaz will lead the Group's enterprise talent management agenda, with a focus on employer branding, talent attraction, retention, leadership development, and strengthening talent capabilities across its diverse businesses and geographies.

Prior to joining Mahindra Group, Delnaz held leadership roles at Kellanova and Kellogg Company, as well as Vodafone Idea Limited, Vodafone, Maersk Line, Limited, and Wipro. Across these organizations, she has built extensive expertise in talent management, HR business partnering, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

Her experience across diverse industries and markets positions her well to drive a cohesive talent strategy and strengthen leadership pipelines across the Mahindra Group. Her appointment reflects the organization's continued focus on developing strong talent capabilities and future-ready leadership.
