Dharmendra Singh Negi Appointed as Regional HR Head – North at Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS)
Dharmendra Singh Negi has been appointed as Regional HR Head – North at Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS), marking an important leadership addition to the company's people function. In this role, he will oversee regional HR strategy and people management initiatives, supporting workforce effectiveness and organizational growth across northern operations.
Dharmendra brings extensive experience as an HR leader and consultant, having successfully led human resources transformation, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives across aviation, manufacturing, telecom, packaging, and service industries.
Prior to joining AISATS, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Svarn Group and held senior HR leadership roles at Constantia Flexibles, HR Growthhing Partners, and dnata Travel Group. His deep aviation sector expertise was built through significant leadership assignments at Celebi Airport Services India Pvt. Ltd., where he served as Director ER and Chief Human Resource Officer, and at Celebi NAS Airport Services as Head of Human Resources.
Earlier in his career, Dharmendra held key HR and administration positions at CommScope, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., Grasim Industries Limited (Aditya Birla Group), CARE India, and Eastman Kodak Company, developing broad expertise across industrial relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from IBMR Pune and a Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
With his extensive cross-industry experience and strong aviation background, Dharmendra is well-positioned to strengthen regional people practices and support AISATS' continued growth within India's aviation services ecosystem.
