Dr. Swarnpreet Singh has been elevated to AVP (HR) & Campus Lead at ICICI Lombard, marking an important leadership milestone in his distinguished career spanning talent acquisition, university relations, and early career talent development. His elevation reflects the organization's continued investment in strengthening its talent ecosystem and building future-ready leadership capabilities.

In his expanded role, Dr. Singh will lead ICICI Lombard's campus hiring strategy, employer branding initiatives, strategic academic partnerships, and early talent programs. His mandate includes building a strong leadership pipeline by creating meaningful engagement with educational institutions and aligning campus talent strategy with the organization's long-term business objectives.

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Singh has established himself as a leader in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR strategy. Prior to joining ICICI Lombard, he served as General Manager – Campus at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, where he led campus recruitment and university engagement initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at DLT Labs, Institute of Management Technology (Ghaziabad), Great Place to Work® Institute (India), Institute of Management Technology (Nagpur), IMS Ghaziabad, Amity University, and HDFC Bank, building extensive expertise in talent management and academic collaboration.

Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and executed management trainee and internship programs, established Centres of Excellence, built long-term partnerships with premier educational institutions, led employer branding campaigns, and developed talent acquisition strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Academically, Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA from Amity University, is a graduate of Delhi University, and is a Certified Career Coach. His passion for mentoring young professionals and creating impactful campus engagement experiences has made him a respected leader in the HR and higher education ecosystem.
