Gunjan Mishra Joins Flux Events as Senior Vice President – People and Business Operations

Gunjan Mishra has joined Flux Events as Senior Vice President – People and Business Operations, marking a significant leadership milestone in her career spanning more than 18 years across human resources, organizational transformation, and business operations.

In her new role, Gunjan will lead the organization's people operations, business strategy, and operational excellence, while driving cross-functional collaboration, strategic partnerships, and HR initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and support long-term business growth.

Prior to joining Flux Events, she served as Associate Vice President – Human Resources at CorroHealth, where she led talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives supporting a workforce of over 14,000 employees. Earlier, she spent more than a decade in progressive HR leadership roles at RNF Technologies, Combined Consultancy Services Private Limited, Global Payments Inc., Artech LLC, and HCL Technologies, building deep expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, HR transformation, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Beyond her corporate leadership journey, Gunjan actively contributes to the broader HR and employability ecosystem as a career readiness mentor, keynote speaker, and leadership coach. She has collaborated with government-led employability initiatives, mentored emerging professionals, and delivered sessions on leadership, workplace culture, employee experience, talent strategy, women in leadership, and the future of work.
