Manish Shekhar Appointed as Assistant Vice President at Kalpataru Projects International Limited

Manish Shekhar has been appointed as Assistant Vice President at Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL), marking an important leadership milestone in his HR career spanning strategic people management and organisational transformation.

With extensive experience across strategic HR, HR business partnering, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, industrial relations, and organisational effectiveness, Manish brings a well-rounded leadership perspective to his new role.

Prior to joining KPIL, he held key HR positions at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., Subros Limited, Avery Dennison, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Krishna Maruti Ltd. During his tenure at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., he played an active role in driving HR transformation initiatives such as “Lakshmi Star Of The Quarter,” “Yes We Can,” “Ek Lakshay,” and “Utthan.” These initiatives supported talent development, workforce optimisation, employee engagement, and productivity enhancement across the organisation.

At Kalpataru Projects International Limited, Manish will contribute to strengthening the organisation’s people strategy and business priorities as the company continues expanding its global EPC footprint across infrastructure, energy, mobility, and industrial sectors.
