Nitu Bhushan Appointed as Head – Human Resources at Nestlé India

Nitu Bhushan has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Nestlé India, effective March 2, 2026, marking an important milestone in her accomplished leadership journey across global and Indian organisations.

She joins Nestlé India from Pernod Ricard, where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading strategic people initiatives across complex, multicultural environments. Over the years, Nitu has built a strong reputation for driving people-centric transformation through her work with organisations such as Abbott, Mondelēz International, and HSBC.

With experience spanning consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and financial services, Nitu brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to people leadership. Her work has consistently focused on strengthening organisational culture, building leadership capability, and aligning HR strategy with long-term business growth.
