Monica Singh has been elevated to Associate Vice President – Talent, Organization Development & Culture at JAKSON Group, marking an important leadership milestone in her journey with the organization. Her expanded role reflects the company's continued investment in strengthening leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and people-centric transformation.

In her new role, Monica will lead the organization's talent strategy, organization development, culture transformation, leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), employee experience, and digital HR transformation initiatives. She will also oversee the HR function for MuscleMind, supporting the organization's broader people and business priorities.

Prior to this elevation, Monica served as General Manager – Head of Talent & Organization Development at JAKSON Group, where she played a key role in advancing leadership capability, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she held key HR leadership positions at Modicare Ltd. (KK Modi Group), eInfochips (An Arrow Company), Global Payments Inc., FCM Travel India, Honeywell Technologies, and CMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in talent management, organization development, leadership capability, employee engagement, learning & development, performance management, and HR transformation.
