He has partnered with CEOs and CXOs to drive people-centric strategies, organizational transformation, and sustainable leadership.
In this role, Debraj will spearhead innovative talent solutions while shaping the subsidiary’s strategic direction, strengthening Native’s value proposition, and delivering impactful outcomes for clients.
