Mr. Dilip Pattanayak has joined RP Sanjiv Goenka Group as President – Group HR.
He brings with him nearly three decades of HR leadership experience across diverse sectors. Prior to this, he served as President & Group CHRO at JSW for over five years and held senior roles at Reliance Industries Limited, including Sr. Executive Vice President & Head – HR Manufacturing and VP & Head – HR Manufacturing Cluster.
Mr. Pattanayak began his professional journey as a Management Trainee at Siemens, later moving on to Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited and Larsen & Toubro in corporate HR roles.
