Mr. Garg brings over two decades of leadership experience across technology, customer success, and enterprise solutions. Before joining SHARP India, he served as Head of Customer Success (Global Services & Solutions) for the Greater India Market at HP, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing gross margins, and transforming customer experience. He also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at WeP Solutions Limited, where he scaled SaaS, retail solutions, and managed print services.

His career journey at HP included key roles such as Country Business Manager, Country Sales Lead – Managed Services, and Regional Sales Manager, where he successfully led large cross-functional teams, drove digital adoption, and built customer success frameworks. With his proven expertise in driving growth and innovation, Mr. Garg is poised to lead SHARP India’s SBS and DSB units into the next phase of strategic transformation.
