Mr. Subhankar Sen has been appointed as the new Director (Marketing) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), marking a significant leadership milestone in the company’s pursuit of sustainable growth. With nearly four decades of experience at BPCL, he brings deep expertise in retail strategy, business development, brand management, and energy transition.

Before this elevation, he served as Executive Director (Marketing) and held several key roles including Business Head – Lubricants, Head – Retail West, and Chief General Manager – Retail Initiatives & Brand.

His appointment reflects BPCL’s commitment to building future-ready leadership in the evolving energy landscape.
