Mr. Veerendra Vainsla has joined Jindal Power Limited as the Head of Human Resources, bringing with him 17 years of rich experience across the automotive and heavy engineering sectors. His expertise spans employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, training, and HRMS implementation, along with exposure to quality systems, EHS, and plant operations for both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

Throughout his career, Mr. Vainsla has contributed to workforce performance and organizational effectiveness at leading companies including Varel Energy Solutions, MAT Holdings, Inc., Sabohema Automotive, Tube Investments of India, Caparo Engineering India, and Kajaria Ceramics Limited. His experience reflects a strong ability to align people practices with business growth.

At Jindal Power, he will be spearheading strategic HR initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement, enhancing organizational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth.
