Mridul Shreevastava Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at TARC India

Mridul Shreevastava has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at TARC India, marking a significant leadership appointment as the company continues to strengthen its people strategy and organisational capabilities.

With more than two decades of leadership experience across the technology, telecom, BFSI, real estate, and hospitality sectors, Mridul has built a distinguished career in driving business transformation, organisational growth, and leadership development through strategic HR initiatives.

In his new role at TARC India, he will lead the organisation's people agenda across talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, learning & development, and employee experience. Additionally, he will oversee Business Excellence and the Project Management Office (PMO), supporting stronger organisational execution and operational excellence.

Prior to joining TARC India, Mridul served as Chief People Officer at Spectra, where he led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, AI-enabled HR modernisation, leadership succession planning, executive rewards, and governance during a period of significant business evolution. Earlier, at Hero FinCorp, he played a pivotal role in building the HR architecture that supported the organisation's rapid growth and business expansion.

Mridul has further strengthened his leadership credentials through an Executive Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI – Xavier School of Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Ghaziabad.

His appointment reflects TARC India's commitment to building a future-ready organisation through strong leadership, progressive people practices, and operational excellence as it continues its next phase of growth.
