Ms. Shilpi Singh has been appointed as the Head of People at Kenvue India.
In her new role, she will be a part of both the India leadership team and the Asia Pacific HR leadership team, where she will play a pivotal role in strengthening Kenvue’s people strategy across markets.
With over 17 years of rich experience, Shilpi has successfully led large-scale HR portfolios in talent acquisition, business partnering, and talent management across industries such as insurance, banking, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
Known for her expertise in global talent programs, workforce integration, and organizational transformation, Shilpi has consistently driven inclusive work cultures and impactful talent strategies across geographies.
