Nitin Khindria Elevated to Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Omega Seiki Mobility
Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has elevated Nitin Khindria to the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer, expanding his responsibilities to include leadership of the Human Resources function for Omega Bright Steel Pvt. Ltd., in addition to his existing mandate across Omega Seiki Mobility and the Group companies.
The elevation reflects the organization's confidence in Nitin’s leadership as OSM continues to strengthen its people strategy and support its growth ambitions within the electric mobility ecosystem. In his expanded role, he will oversee human capital initiatives across the Group, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce transformation.
Nitin has been serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Omega Seiki Mobility since September 2024, having initially joined the organization as Head of HR. Over the course of his career spanning more than two decades, he has built extensive expertise across manufacturing, automotive, electric vehicles, FMCG, healthcare, IT, defence, and education sectors.
Prior to joining OSM, he served as Corporate HR Head at Dalmia Biz Pvt. Ltd. and held senior HR leadership positions at Action TESA, Nahar Industrial Enterprises, International Tractors Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra, Indo Asian Fusegear, FICCI, and the Ministry of Defence. His diverse industry experience has enabled him to drive people-centric transformation, organizational development, and strategic workforce initiatives across varied business environments.
Nitin’s elevation marks an important leadership milestone for Omega Seiki Mobility as it continues to invest in leadership capability, people excellence, and organizational growth across its expanding portfolio.
