Parikshit Ghosh has been elevated to Senior Vice President & Head – Marketing & National Business Operations at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment Business), marking an important leadership milestone in his distinguished 26-year career with the organization.

In his expanded role, Parikshit will lead the company's marketing strategy and national business operations, focusing on brand growth, digital transformation, customer engagement, and operational excellence. His mandate also includes strengthening business performance and enhancing customer experience across Mahindra's Automotive and Farm Equipment Business.

Prior to this elevation, he served as Vice President & Head – Marketing & National Business Operations – Mahindra Tractors, where he led strategic growth across the tractors and farm machinery business through innovative marketing initiatives, customer-centric programs, and business transformation.

Throughout his tenure at Mahindra and Mahindra, Parikshit has held several leadership positions spanning marketing, sales, customer care, spares, and farm machinery, building extensive expertise in P&L management, dealer network expansion, supply chain transformation, and business operations. Before joining Mahindra, he served as Territory Manager at Hindustan Motors Ltd., laying the foundation for a successful career in the automotive industry.
