Rahul Vijayvargiya has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Novartis India, marking a significant leadership appointment in his career spanning more than two decades across the pharmaceutical, retail, and healthcare industries.

In his new role, Rahul will lead the organization's people strategy, talent management, organizational development, leadership capability, and culture transformation initiatives. He will play a key role in strengthening HR practices and aligning people strategy with the company's long-term business objectives.

Prior to joining Novartis India, Rahul held senior Human Resources leadership roles at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., Reliance Retail (Pharma), Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Aditya Birla Group (Retail Business), Future Group India, and Shoppers Stop. He began his professional journey as a Human Resources Consultant at Ma Foi Randstad, building a strong foundation in talent management and organizational development.
