Subhankar Ghose has joined 1Buy.AI as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, marking a significant leadership addition as the company strengthens its people and culture function to support its next phase of growth and innovation.

In his new role, Subhankar will lead the organisation's HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, and culture-building initiatives. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as 1Buy.AI continues to expand its footprint in AI-powered procurement and enterprise technology solutions.

With more than 21 years of leadership experience, Subhankar brings deep expertise across talent management, compensation & rewards, organisation and change management, HR business partnering, and workforce transformation. He has built a strong reputation for creating high-performance cultures and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Prior to joining 1Buy.AI, he served as Vice President – HR at Revfin, where he played a key role in strengthening people practices within the fintech ecosystem. Earlier, he held the position of Vice President & Head – Sales HR at Spice Money, supporting talent and workforce strategies across a rapidly growing business. His leadership journey also includes serving as Chief Human Resource Officer at Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. and ROI Net Solution, where he drove organisational development and HR transformation initiatives.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad's Senior Leaders Programme and National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, Subhankar combines strong academic credentials with extensive industry experience. Throughout his career, he has been recognised for his contributions to HR excellence, talent development, and organisational effectiveness, earning recognition as one of India's influential HR leaders.
