With over 17 years at ABB, Vaibhav has played pivotal roles, including Global HRBP for Operation Centres and Common Functions in the Process Automation division. He also brings prior experience from Mahindra & Mahindra.
His dual role highlights ABB’s commitment to integrating regional and global HR leadership, enabling people-first strategies and talent development across India.
