In her new role, Vishruti leads the global HR agenda, focusing on organizational development, culture, and talent strategy across the US, APAC, and EMEA regions.

With early three years as Vice President – People & Culture at Unifocus and extensive experience at REA India, Vestergaard, PropTiger.com, CNH Industrial, and NIIT Limited, she brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.
